Reiki is a beautiful life-force energy given to us as a gift to renew and heal ourselves and others. In this two-day class, you will be attuned to Reiki energy, connecting you to this incredible source of love. You will be opened to the flow of Reiki enabling you to channel its energy to others and yourself. You will be taught how to allow this divine gift to come from the light above, through your heart, and out your hands.

Reiki I and II are taught together during a weekend intensive. Upon completion of the Reiki II portion of the class, you will be qualified to practice Reiki professionally.

All the information and techniques for both levels are covered including:

  • The nature of Reiki energy

  • The Reiki Ideals

  • The standard Reiki session hand positions.

  • Education on the seven primary chakras

  • Giving a complete Reiki session for self and others.

  • Japanese Reiki Techniques, as taught by Usui Sensei including:

    • Gassho meditation

    • Reiji-ho - developing your intuition

    • Byosen Scanning - detecting where Reiki is needed

    • Gyoshi ho - sending Reiki with the eyes

    • Kenyoku - dry bathing or clearing one's energy field.

  • Attunements for Reiki I and II are given

  • Reiki II symbols: How to draw, activate and use them, their many uses are explained, their inner meaning, and sending Reiki at a distance

  • Practice time is given so students know from experience how the energy of each symbols feels and the results each symbol produces

  • 190-page class manual.

  • Class certificate.

The class is a combination of lecture, discussion and experience. After class is over, practice Reiki with one or more people from your Reiki class or with members of your family or friends. This additional practice is necessary to gain the experience and confidence you need to fully utilize the Reiki training.
